If you’d like to promote your event and have it listed in our calendar, please fill out the form below and send it to us along with an illustration or photo—we’ll post it in our online calendar!
Data Entry Rules

- You can contact:
- Images to illustrate the event article. Please be sure to include the copyright information for the photos you submit.
- PDF documents (program, registration form, etc.).
- To ensure adequate visibility, this information must be provided to us at least 8 days before the event.
The tourist office reserves the right to select the information to be published, to determine the timeframe for approval on the website, and to reject any proposal that does not meet its publication criteria, is incomplete, or does not take place within its jurisdiction.
