Lake Montréjeau awarded Blue Flag status
Montréjeau lies at the foot of the mountains, halfway between the ocean and the Mediterranean, at the confluence of the Neste and Garonne rivers. In a superb setting, a veritable belvedere overlooking the peaks, the town and its leisure center dominate the still tumultuous course of the Garonne.
This unspoilt location, easily accessible from the A64 freeway, puts the town at the gateway to the Pyrenean Valleys and the many mountain resorts of Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrénées.

The leisure center
The leisure centre offers :
- In season, a free supervised swimming area, pedalos/paddles, pedal go-karts, bouncy castle…
- Free facilities all year round: children’s play areas, fitness equipment, beach volleyball court, fishing course, educational trail around the lake…
- A restaurant with a terrace overlooking our lake, a snack bar and accommodation in chalets directly on the leisure park.

The leisure park and disabled people
The entire leisure park has been fitted out to ensure accessibility for disabled people, and the bathing area has been awarded the Handiplage label (level 3 out of 4).
The leisure center offers an amphibious wheelchair (Tiralo), a bathing mat and PRM sanitary facilities.
