83 – LA CHAPELLE D’ESPUTS

Steps

Step 1

Leave your vehicle in the church square and take the street that passes in front of the town hall. A sign will point you in the direction of the Esputs chapel (trail no. 83).

Step 5

You will rejoin the GR86, which you follow by turning left. A few hundred metres further on, you will arrive at the Esputs chapel. It is located in a pretty clearing.

Step 6

To continue your walk, you will need to go back down to the previous intersection and take the wide path on the left.

Step 2

Cross the village, continuing straight ahead.

Step 7

You will pass some barns and enjoy a beautiful view of the cliffs of Pic Saillant.

Step 3

To continue your walk, go back down to the previous junction, where you turn left onto the wide path.

Step 8

A little further on, you will come to another intersection. A sign will point you towards Chaum on your right. Take this path downhill.

Step 4

A little further on you will come to another junction, with a sign for Chaum on your right. Take this downhill path.

Step 9

Continue your descent until you rejoin the path you took at the start, then head back to the centre of the village
