Welcome to this brand new house, set in the heart of a small, friendly village in the south of France.

Here, you can hear the birds more than the cars, enjoy your coffee in the sunshine, and (finally) slow down.

The house is equipped and designed to make you feel at home… only better, because you're on holiday!

Access is independent via a secure key box. The code will be given to you before your arrival.

Inside:

– The house is equipped with air conditioning.

– bathroom with Italian shower.

– two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160×200 – the other with two single beds 90×190), wardrobe.

– fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, crockery, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, cutlery, glasses, basic cooking equipment, etc.). round table with chairs.

– lounge with sofa and board games

– no wifi yet.

Please note: there is no washing machine, but the first launderette is a 10-minute drive away.

Outside … let's call it "a rough version full of charm (in the making)".

The garden doesn't yet have its magazine look, but the essentials are there: the calm, the landscape and the surrounding countryside.

All the rooms in the house are accessible, apart from the garage.

Parking on site, gravelled driveway.

Small shops nearby (10 km) for basic necessities.

Large supermarket nearby (15 km) for all types of shopping.
