Nestling in a charming, peaceful hamlet in the heart of the village of Milhas, this little house sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably and offers a breathtaking view of the majestic Pic du Cagire, just 1 hour from Toulouse.

Fully furnished and equipped (fridge, microwave/grill, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, television), it has a pleasant living area with an open-plan lounge and kitchen, warmed by a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings.

The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a sofa bed, a shower room and separate WC. A small balcony and covered terrace invite you to relax to the sound of birdsong or, depending on the season, the bellowing of the deer.

An enclosed garage is available for cars, bikes or skis.

Lovers of nature and the great outdoors will be delighted: hiking for all levels, numerous mountain bike and trail routes (Trails du Mourtis, du Cagire, des Trois Pics), fishing, legendary Tour de France passes, caving, paragliding and nearby ski resorts (Le Mourtis 20 km, Luchon-Superbagnères 44 km). A swimming pool is available 5 km away in summer.

Ideally situated, the house is 27 km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges and 46 km from Spain. All shops are within 5 km, in Aspet: market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, supermarket, bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy and medical services.
