In the village of Oô, famous for its mountain lake, this renovated detached barn overlooks a large shared courtyard. Three other gîtes nearby

4 gîtes, in Oô, 9km from Bagnères-de-Luchon and the ski resorts of Peyragudes and Luchon-Superbagnères (Luchon Forme et Bien-être spa), including this one in a barn with its own private enclosed garden.

Numerous mountain activities on site: hiking (Pic Perdiguère 3222m). Departures from the Grange d'Astau (4km) for Lac d'Oô, Lac d'Espingo, Lac du Portillon and Lac Glacé), fishing, tennis, pétanque, table tennis, road and mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding. Children's playground with City for older children, football pitch.

This gîte has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds:

– ground floor: small entrance hall with reading area (bookshelf) and study area, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed), shower room, WC.

– First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area (wood-burning stove), shower room with WC, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm double bed) (1 x 160cm double bed and 1 x 90cm single bed).

Electric heating and wood-burning stove. Wifi fibre connection in the gite. Baby equipment available on request. Private car park.
