In the centre of Bagnères-de-Luchon, 20m from the Allées d'Etigny, 300m from the cable car to the Superbagnères ski resort and 500m from the thermal baths, Le Patio de Luchon is ideally located for holidaymakers, hikers and mountain lovers! A covered terrace on the street side is perfect for relaxing.

Ground floor: small covered terrace opening onto Rue Lamartine, lounge, breakfast room.

Access from one side of the house, 1st floor: Lac du Portillon family room (1 round double bed 200 in diameter + 2 bunk single beds in small adjoining room). 1st floor: bedrooms Lac des Boums (1 double bed, 160 cm) and Lac d'Ôo (1 double bed, 180 cm + 1 single bed, 90 cm).

2nd floor: Lac de la Montagnette (1 double bed 180 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm) and Lac d'Espingo (1 double bed 160 cm). All 5 rooms have a private en suite shower room/WC. Lac de Badech suite (1 double bed (180cm) and 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)) + small kitchen.

All rooms have private shower room and toilet, duvets.

Cleaning included, bed linen can be provided at extra cost.

Possibility of using the kitchen and parking space (4 parking spaces) (€10/day).

Jacuzzi available on the patio from 10am to 8pm all year round.
