Jazz en Comminges is a renowned festival held every year in Saint-Gaudens. For over 20 years it has attracted thousands of music lovers from all over the world to enjoy the rhythms of the greatest names in jazz.

Each year, the festival offers a rich and varied program, blending the great jazz classics with the most contemporary sounds. A host of internationally renowned artists take to the stage, offering audiences an unforgettable musical journey. Beyond the concerts, Jazz en Comminges is also a great opportunity to share your passion with other music lovers. The atmosphere is both festive and convivial, and there’s plenty of entertainment on offer throughout the festival in the town center.

The festival also gives pride of place to the younger generation of musicians, offering them the chance to perform on stage. Internships and masterclasses are organized throughout the event, enabling young talent to perfect their skills and make a name for themselves at the Festival OFF.

Jazz en Comminges is a key event in the cultural life of the region, helping to promote the cultural heritage of the Comminges. The event serves local life. It supports local associations and organizes music awareness campaigns.

Exhibitions on jazz in the city at the Jean Marmignon theater, Le Régent cinema, Saint-Gaudens tourist office and Chapelle Saint-Jacques complete the festival.

Stage Jazz en Comminges 2026 saint-gaudens

A jazz workshop …

A Jazz workshop completes the Festival at the Guy Lafitte Conservatory in Saint-Gaudens. For three days, some twenty musicians work in workshops on a repertoire specially arranged for the ensemble, focusing on interpretation, style, cohesion and improvisation.

The course is led by David Pautric, renowned saxophonist, arranger and teacher, and also includes an exclusive masterclass led by a Festival artist.

The line-up closes with a public concert on the festival’s closing Saturday.
