Koko de la fève au chocolat is an artisan adventure in the rich and exciting world of chocolate.
So I chose to work with fine, aromatic cocoa beans from different terroirs in Venezuela, the original home of the cocoa tree.
It is with respect for the cocoa farmers of these regions and their know-how that I have chosen to work with a stone millstone, in order to be as faithful as possible to the taste of these beans – the food of the Gods – and to offer my own interpretation, thus restoring to this material all its nobility.
