7.15pm-8.45pm: Catering with Zéphine: here's a chef who's sure to win you over with her creative, fine and colourful dishes. Céline, who has a real passion for cooking, draws her inspiration from flavours from all over the world to come up with original recipes using local produce that will arouse your curiosity as much as your taste buds. A generous, inventive and sensitive cuisine, designed to delight you with every bite.

9pm Animated pop-electro concert. Loa Frida is a dreamy electronica duo based in Toulouse and led by singer-songwriter Anka Ujma. Their music veers between sophisticated pop and explosive electro, complex forms and synthetic bricolages, abrupt rhythms and refined sonic interweavings, with a clear preference for dark, delicate, dreamlike Nordic tones… Definitely to be placed on the indie scene, between synthetic sound experimentation and pop songwriting, Loa Frida has affinities with aesthetic universes as diverse as those of Björk, Kate Bush, Múm, Sufjan Steven, St. Vincent or Juana Molina… Vincent or Juana Molina…

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.
