"Jazz without borders, colours of the world

From stage to emotion in pictures at Jazz en Comminges

Through this photographic exhibition, Jazz en Comminges pays tribute to the musicians and singers who have left their mark on the festival over the years.

Over the last 23 years, artists from all over the world have treated audiences to moments of sharing, emotion and virtuosity.

The festival's photographers have captured these precious moments: a suspended breath, a knowing smile, a note in the air.

Each image testifies to the diversity and vitality of jazz without frontiers, nourished by multiple cultures and singular expressions.

From the warmth of swing to the rhythms of Latin jazz, from daring improvisations to inhabited silences, these photographs tell the story of a universal art form in constant motion, where music becomes light, colour and emotion.

Through these portraits and concert scenes, the public discovers the colours of the world as jazz makes them vibrate: a range of sounds and faces, reflections of a humanity in harmony.
