Fanny and Damien set up an organic poultry farm in Aurignac in 2023.
They offer ready-to-cook chickens, vacuum-packed cuts and fresh eggs.
The poultry are reared in agroforestry, in huts made from local wood, with unlimited access to open-air runs in dynamic rotational grazing. The idea is for the poultry to get the maximum benefit from fresh herbs. Nearly 500 plants were planted in 2024 to provide shade and protection from aerial predation.
Concerned about their well-being and the quality of their products, Fanny and Damien rear their poultry from 1-day-old chicks and are present at every stage right through to marketing (slaughtering is carried out by CUMA, a workshop shared by organic and committed poultry farmers).
Passionate about their trade, they do their best to satisfy consumers, while guaranteeing respect for the animals, the environment and their working environment.
Production: ready-to-cook chickens, vacuum-cut chickens and fresh eggs.
