The Moehau brewery is the story of two enthusiasts who have been brewing "big" and independently since 2016.
Our brewery is committed to the environment through concrete actions
Our entire production is certified ORGANIC by Certipaq Bio, including the picking, so no artificial flavourings, just fresh produce,
Raw and dry ingredients are sourced as locally as possible: organic cereals grown and malted in the Tarn, French organic hops whenever possible, our own harvesting, labels produced in Balma with the Imprim'vert label, etc.
Use of spent grain (cereal residue after brewing) as a feed supplement for animals,
Water recovery system for the brewery.
