This is both a restaurant where you can eat in and a cannery where you can take home local produce.

The canning facility is part of the restaurant's identity, offering a wide range of traditional canned products. These are often home-made preserves based on traditional Pyrenean recipes. You'll find specialities such as :

Vegetable preserves: peppers, tomatoes, beans, etc.

Home-made pâtés, terrines and rillettes.

Meat preserves: sometimes duck or pork, which are regional specialities.

Takeaway dishes such as cassoulets or soups, ready to be reheated at home.

This is a great opportunity to take a little of the culinary wealth of the Pyrenees with you and enjoy it later at home.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
