Villa Édouard, built in 1864. The listed features are the façade, the boundary wall, the gate and the outbuilding. Listed in 2003.

This neo-Gothic-style villa was built in 1864 to plans by Edmond Chambert.

The layout of the building is typical of holiday rental pavilions. The facades and roofs of the villa.
