Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful, fully renovated house in a small village lulled by mountain streams.

At the foot of the Pic du Gar, on the road to the Col des Ares, and 1h30 from Toulouse, this family gîte is ideal for a green holiday! There's no shortage of outdoor activities: hiking in the mountains and the Piedmont, mountain biking trails, road cycling, caving, paragliding, canyoning, snowshoeing, horse riding…

What's more, the accommodation is a 15-minute drive from Aspet (markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings), 20 minutes from the Col de Portet d'Aspet, 20 minutes from the Barousse Valleys, 20 minutes from St-Bertrand-de-Comminges (a medieval town listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France) and 40 minutes from the spa town of Luchon.

On the ground floor, the gîte comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.) opening onto a lovely living room with a large dining table and wood-burning stove (wood supplied), a bathroom with shower, and a lovely sitting room with bay window where old and new coexist.

Outside, an enclosed garden and a small terrace with barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the mildness of the Pyrenees in the shade of a superb fig tree!

Cyclists are welcome!

There is an enclosed storage area at the back of the house for bikes, with a washing point and repair kit.

Bed linen, towels and household linen are not provided.

Bookings are by the week only in summer and for a minimum of 2 nights the rest of the year.
