Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Pyrenees and close to the Mourtis ski resort in Haute-Garonne, less than an hour from Luchon, Toulouse, Saint-Bertrand de Comminges and Spain! Gîte with character in the heart of the Pyrenees, a truly relaxing setting.

The gîte has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay for up to 12 people.

Furnished house for rent, in a peaceful natural setting at the foot of the Cagire in the Pyrenees, 4 km from Aspet, 24 km from Saint Gaudens, 48 km from Spain, 20 km from Le Mourtis (ski resort). Departure point for the "Trace du Cerf" hiking trail.

Close to the gîte a large number of activities: ski resort, hiking from the gîte, mountain biking, fishing, canyoning, paragliding, caving, cycling: Tour de France (Col du Menté, Col de Portet d'Aspet). A unique place to watch the stag roar!

The entrance leads directly into the living room.

To the left is the fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge, hoover, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and raclette machine.

In the centre, a large table with benches and chairs. Lounge area with sofa, armchair, coffee table, wood-burning stove and television cabinet. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs: one 160cm bed, two 140cm beds, two 90cm beds and a bunk bed. Sleeps 12.

The gîte has its own private enclosed grounds in a peaceful, relaxing setting.

Outside there is a barbecue. Wood for the fireplace is stored in the garden shed.
