In a mountain setting, this house is ideal for skiing or hiking holidays!

Situated in the Larboust valley at an altitude of 1100 m, with a panoramic view of the majestic 3000 m peaks of the cirque d'Oô, we are delighted to welcome you to our Pyrenean-style house. A sunny terrace and large private garden invite you to spend lazy days, barbecues and other get-togethers with family or friends.

In this mountain setting, you can also opt for a more sporting holiday… in winter, the snow… skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing nearby, you're halfway between the ski resorts of Peyragudes (6km, shuttle on site) and Luchon-Superbagnères (8km, Grand Site Occitanie with market, shops, restaurants, thermal baths, bike hire)… in summer with hiking, climbing, whitewater rafting, paragliding, mountain biking… The border with Spain is 19km away. The Antignac water sports centre (rafting, canoeing, paintball) is 12km away, as is the famous El Almacen restaurant in Cires. Pyrénées-Hô leisure and climbing park 26km away. Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (Grand Site Occitanie and France's favourite village) 40km away. Montréjeau (railway station, swimming lake) 42km away.

Gîte adjoining the owners' house, access to the ground floor of the gîte after a few steps via the private terrace (3 bedrooms, 2 sleeping areas and 5 beds):

– ground floor: living room (fireplace) with kitchen, sleeping area (2 single bunk beds 90*190cm), bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom + shower, separate WC.

– First floor: mezzanine with sofa bed for 2 people (140*190cm), 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm each), shower room/WC.

Electric heating included.
