Village house at the foot of the famous Juzet-de-Luchon waterfall, with breathtaking views over the winter and summer sports resort of Luchon-Superbagnères (3km) from the rooms in the gîte!

You'll wake up to incredible light and breathtaking views. After a good day's skiing or a day at the spa, treat your taste buds to an excellent raclette by the fire. A historic building on the road to freedom during the Second World War, the owner wanted to pay tribute to the former residents, who were war heroes.

In a mountain village (pizza and bread on site) 2km from Luchon (Grand Site of the Occitanie region), this charming accommodation, adjoining another house, well-equipped and cosy, will welcome you for a nature break in the heart of the Pyrenees. You're just 5 minutes from the centre of Luchon, where you can take advantage of all the skiing and hiking facilities… and take the cable car to the Luchon-Superbagnères ski resort. Lake Badech is nearby (15 minutes' walk), where you can enjoy a stroll and watch (or be tempted to watch) the arrival of paragliders and gliders – recommended activities in the region! Just beyond the lake, you could try the Luchon golf course. Spain is 14.6km away (Aran Park wildlife park), the resort of Peyragudes is 17km away, the Pyrénées-Hô tree-climbing park is 17km away and one of France's most beautiful villages, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, is 32km away.

Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen opening onto the living room (wood-burning stove). First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm) (1 double bed 160*200cm) (2 single beds 90*190cm), shower room with WC. Public parking space and terrace in front of the gîte.

Underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric radiators in the bedrooms. Unheated laundry room at -1 level (washing machine and tumble dryer). Second floor not accessible. No smoking.
