For three generations, Gailhou Durdos has been perpetuating its unique know-how as a foie gras producer and specialist in regional products. Located in Tournay, our traditional cannery offers a selection of delicatessen products: foie gras, confits, magrets, ceps and carefully prepared dishes. You can also discover our range of wines and liqueurs to accompany your tastings. We welcome you to sample the best of our regional specialities and share our passion for local gastronomy. You can also take advantage of our convenient Mondial Relay service.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
