Lac de Sède is located around 4km from Saint-Gaudens town centre. You can reach the lake on foot, by bike, by car or even by shuttle bus.

Situated close to the town centre, ideal for a family day out, come and enjoy Lac de Sède and its play area. For your walks you will find a path along the banks of the Garonne (with information on the flora and fauna) and around the lake. Picnic tables and barbecues are available, as is a snack bar. A fishing pontoon accessible to people with reduced mobility (2nd category fishing lake). There is also a large play area for children and teenagers, as well as sports facilities: 2 pum tracks from age 3, a city park (basketball – beach volleyball – table tennis), children's games, a zip line, a misting machine, body-building equipment, etc. Movigo urban transport (timetables available from the Communauté Cœur et Coteaux du Comminges 05 61 89 21 42 or from the tourist office, Saint- Gaudens 05 61 94 77 61).

If you're more sporty, from the town centre you can take the Boulevard des Pyrénées with its fitness trail and the footpath that takes you to Sède.
