Since 2019, Sabine has been producing artisanal, 100% natural spirulina on a small family farm in the commune of Aurignac.

She is committed to producing spirulina of the highest nutritional and taste quality, grown in spring water. We love its mild aroma and subtle flavour. Grown, harvested, rinsed and dried on the farm, she packages the spirulina herself.

STRAP

A synchronised swimming routine in times of drought

Three swimmers, athletic and unflappable competitors, perform a meticulously choreographed routine. As a static counterpoint to the physical dynamism of the athletic trio, the swimming instructor watches this ballet with a distracted eye. At the microphone, an over-attentive and passionate Danish commentator fills the soundscape with rhythm and precision, his unstoppable and rapid stream of words harmonising with Dmitri Shostakovich’s Second Waltz.

Cast: Florent Barré, Loïc Derouineau, Joséphine Picard, Rémi Pucheu, Julien Rozan: actors

Duration: 20 mins

8.30pm > CONCERT

New - The Tastes & Flavors Guide

While eating well without breaking the bank is a major concern for our fellow citizens, short supply chains are thriving in Comminges. Now more than ever, there has been a growing need for a guide that lists producers, restaurateurs, and food professionals who sell their creations directly to consumers and work with local products in an ethical manner.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
