The villa in its entirety: listed by order of 6 April 2012.

The villa was built in 1884 for Gabriel Estradère with the help of architect Bernard Castex. The residence was built in the Beaux-Arts tradition of the late 19th century and is notable for the abundance of its Neo-Renaissance decor.

After being the residence of the Princes of Monaco from 1915 to 1930, the villa was annexed to the Pyrénées Palace hotel and then sold as a co-ownership.
