70 (VERT) – CHEMIN DE OÔ A LA MORAINE

Steps

Step 1

Park your vehicle in the car park in front of the village hall/town hall. From the centre of the village of Oô, pass the school and the cemetery. The path climbs to the right. Signs in the village will help you find your way.

Step 2

As you leave the village, the mostly shaded trail climbs gently. Admire the square tower, the Castet, located at the entrance to the village (several signal towers are still visible in the Luchonnais valleys).

Step 3

When you reach the Pas de Peyre cross (1,100 m), turn around to admire the view of the village.

Step 4

A few more metres and you will arrive at the Moraine de Garin with its beautiful chapel. Return via the same route.
