About

Classical music festival based in the Grand Site d’Occitanie Saint-Bertrand/Valcabrère. Its aims: 1. to organise concerts with a wide range of programmes (organ, singing, chamber music), promoting the Comminge region’s prestigious heritage, which is steeped in history and humanity (2,000 years of history), contributing to the region’s cultural activities and travelling to other locations. 2. Programming young talent alongside renowned artists. 3. to welcome audiences who are far from concert venues for a variety of reasons, including disability. The festival’s ambition is to help people discover and enjoy classical music. The aim is to create opportunities to raise awareness of music, based on the season’s programming and in line with the Charter of Cultural Rights.

Now more than ever, there has been a growing need for a guide that lists producers, restaurateurs, and food professionals who sell their creations directly to consumers and work with local products in an ethical manner.

From Farm to Table with Complete Transparency: The Charter

The Charter of Commitment was developed by and for professionals in partnership with the Comminges-Pyrénées Tourism Office. It highlights producers from all fields and chefs who work according to best practices, promote Comminges products, and share their respective expertise.

The guide “Goûts et Saveurs en Comminges” is not just a directory of businesses. It is much more than that. As you turn the pages, you’ll also find recipes, profiles, and interviews.
