LA PETITE MAISON

La Petite Maison' is part of 'Maison Dufraing', next to 'La Grande Maison'. The two houses can be rented separately or together.

The entrances, parking spaces and terraces (open and covered) are completely separate.

The garden, swimming pool, petanque area, children's playground, sandpit and vegetable patch are shared.

La Petite Maison (max 5 people) is the newest house (2022) and is built under the open roof of the barn (the rightmost part of the "old" house).

– 2 bedrooms (2x single bed, 1 bunk bed + single bed) on the 1st floor

– living/dining room with fitted kitchen – central heating

– 1 bathroom on 1st floor

– 2 toilets (ground floor and 1st floor)

– laundry room (+ washing machine)

– storage room

– at the front there is a covered terrace and an open terrace

– Wifi

Spacious garden with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, walnuts, figs). The garden is well maintained.

– All the vegetables in the kitchen garden are freely available. This is a continuation of the successful experience of 2015: potatoes, onions, carrots, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, chard, lettuce, leeks, parsley, all kinds of herbs, ….. Availability naturally depends on the season.

– Semi-underground swimming pool with filtration system (5 m in diameter, 120 cm deep). The tenant is responsible for its maintenance.

– extra for children: a play area with swings and slide. And a sandpit.

– petanque court
