As such, we may collect data about local service providers and, occasionally, about website users, after obtaining their consent.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter GDPR), sets the legal framework applicable to the processing of personal data. The GDPR strengthens the rights and obligations of data controllers, processors, data subjects and data recipients. In the course of our activities, we may process personal data. For a clear understanding of this policy, please note that:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the \u201cdata controller\u201d: Office de tourisme C\u0153ur et Coteaux du Comminges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the \u201cprocessor\u201d: refers to any natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Tourist Office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the \u201cdata subjects\u201d: refers to people who can be identified, directly or indirectly, referred to as \u201cprospects\u201d, \u201ccontacts\u201d, or \u201cpartners\u201d of the Tourist Office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the \u201crecipients\u201d: refers to natural or legal persons who receive personal data from the Tourist Office. Data recipients may therefore be employees of the Tourist Office as well as external organisations (partners, exhibitors, speakers, etc.). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Article 12 of the GDPR requires that data subjects be informed of their rights in a concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible manner.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What information is collected, and why?<\/h2>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COOKIES<\/h2>\n\n<p>Browsing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.destination-commingespyrenees.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.destination-commingespyrenees.com\/<\/a> may result in cookie(s) being installed on the user\u2019s computer. A cookie is a small file that does not allow the user to be identified, but records information relating to a computer\u2019s browsing on a website. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Website cookies<\/h3>\n\n<p>The data obtained is intended in particular to make subsequent browsing on the site easier, and is also used to enable anonymous traffic measurement (via tools such as Google Analytics).<\/p>\n\n<p>If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered the option to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is only for your convenience so you don\u2019t have to enter this information again if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.  <\/p>\n\n<p>If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be automatically deleted when you close your browser. <\/p>\n\n<p>When you log in, we will set up a number of cookies to save your login information and your screen preferences. A login cookie lasts two days, and a screen options cookie lasts one year. If you tick \u201cRemember me\u201d, your login cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.   <\/p>\n\n<p>When you edit or publish a post, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.   <\/p>\n\n<p>When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, as well as your IP address and your browser\u2019s user agent, are collected to help us detect spam comments.<\/p>\n\n<p>An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to your comment. <\/p>\n\n<p>If you upload images to the site, we recommend avoiding uploading images that contain EXIF GPS location data. The site implements organisational, software, legal, technical and physical measures designed to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACCESS TO AND SHARING OF INFORMATION<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Tourist Office is not intended to make financial profit from the data collected.<br\/>Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the intended uses and authorised staff of the Tourist Office.<br\/>However, the data collected may be communicated to processors contractually responsible for carrying out the tasks necessary for the proper operation of the site and its services, as well as for managing our relationship with you.
